§ 8.08.040. Dumping grounds—Authorization.

It is unlawful for any person, in person or by agents or servants or employees, to cast, discharge, deposit or permit to be discharged or deposited in any place within the city, any debris, garbage, refuse or rubbish, except as in such place as may be designated by the department of public health and safety, or other authorized individual or department of the city, as dumping grounds.
