§ 8.08.030. Trash depositing—Movement into public place prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person, in person or by agents, employees or servants, to cast, throw drop, place, sweep, sift or deposit anywhere within the jurisdiction of the city, any substance, article or thing in such a manner that they, or any of them, may be carried and deposited by action of sun, wind, rain or snow, in or upon any street, sidewalk, alley, stream, park or other public place, drain sewer or receiving basin within the jurisdiction of the city.
