§ 5.04.220. Loitering prohibited—Gambling.

  • No person under the age of eighteen years, intoxicated person or habitual drunkard shall be permitted to loiter, idle or remain in any place where intoxicating liquor is served and consumed, or in premises adjacent thereto under the same control; nor shall any such person under the age of eighteen years, intoxicated person or habitual drunkard be permitted to play there at any game with dice, cards, billiards or any other game or device, except as may be permitted under exceptions set forth in 720 ILCS 5/28-1 as amended from time to time; nor shall any person under the age of eighteen years, intoxicated person or habitual drunkard wilfully refuse to leave such place or premises upon the request of the proprietor or any of his employees.
