§ 5.04.210. Limitations on employment of minors.

  • No person under the age of eighteen shall be employed by any place of business or establishment where the sale of an intoxicating liquor for consumption on the premises is permitted. Where the principal place of business of any establishment is something other than the sale of intoxicating liquor, and there is no consumption of intoxicating liquor upon said premises, this provision shall not apply, except that no person under the age of eighteen shall be allowed to sell, directly or indirectly, alcoholic beverages as an employee of the establishment.
