§ 5.04.230. Evasion of regulations.

Every shift or device calculated or intended to evade the provisions of this chapter is unlawful and is within the prohibitions thereof. Whenever any act or default is prohibited in this chapter, the prohibition and penalty shall extend to every case, whether the act or default is committed by the person himself or by another, either as principal, clerk, servant, agent or employee, directly or indirectly.
