§ 13.08.022. Capital improvement charge.
The capital improvement charge is levied on users to provide for capital improvements, extensions, or reconstruction of the water works. There shall be and there is hereby established a capital improvement charge of ten dollars and ten cents per month for each user of the water facility. In a complex, compound, facility, or building consisting of multiple living units, this charge shall apply to each unit therein which uses the water facilities of the city.

Ord. No. 15-1210-2, § 4, adopted December 10, 2015, repealed the former § 13.08.022, and enacted a new § 13.08.022 as set out herein. The former § 13.08.022 pertained to a capital improvement charge and derived from Ord. No. 790, 2002.
