§ 5.04.260. License—Revocation—Penalties.

  • The mayor may, after hearing, revoke or suspend any retail liquor dealer's license for any violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, or for any violation of any state law pertaining to the sale of alcoholic liquor.

    Additionally, the violation of any provision of this chapter may be punished by a fine as provided in Section 1.16.010. Each act in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed a separate offense.

Ord. No. 861, § 5, adopted September 21, 2009, repealed the former § 5.04.260, and enacted a new § 5.04.260 as set out herein. The former § 5.04.260 pertained to license—revocation and derived from Ord. No. 505, 1970.
