§ 5.04.070. License—Bond.

  • No license shall be granted under this chapter to any person unless such person executes a bond in the penal sum of one thousand dollars, payable to the city, with good and sufficient surety or sureties to be approved by the mayor and city council, conditioned that he will observe and obey all the laws of the state and all ordinances of the city in force during the term for which the license is given; and also for the payment of all moneys due, or that may thereafter become due, to the city or any of its officers on account of any violation or violations of such ordinances.
