§ 5.04.060. License—Classification—Fees.

  • Such licenses are divided into three classes:

    A.

    Class A licenses, which shall authorize the retail sale, on the premises specified, of alcoholic liquor regardless of its alcoholic content, for consumption on the premises, as well as other retail sales of such liquor. The annual fee for such a license shall be five hundred dollars.

    B.

    Class B licenses, which shall authorize the retail sale of alcoholic liquor regardless of its alcoholic content, but not for consumption on the premises where sold. The annual fee for such license shall be five hundred dollars.

    C.

    Class C licenses, which shall be known as "club licenses" and which shall authorize the resale of alcoholic liquors to members of clubs or their guests for consumption on the premises where sold. The annual fee for a class C license shall be five hundred dollars.

    D.

    Class D licenses, which shall be known as "beer and wine licenses," and which shall authorize the retail sale of beer and wine only, for consumption away from the premises where sold. The annual fee for such a license shall be five hundred dollars.

    E.

    Class E licenses, which shall authorize the retail sale of beer and wine only, for consumption on the premises where sold. The annual fee for such a license shall be five hundred dollars.
