§ 2.07.040. Prosecutor's fee.

Latest version.

For each complaint that is prosecuted on behalf of the city to enforce the provisions of the Municipal Code and also to enforce provisions of state statutes affecting the affairs of the city, there shall be added as costs to be assessed against the defendant in each case the reasonable attorney fees incurred by the city in each such prosecution.

Ord. No. 861, § 4, adopted September 21, 2009, repealed the former § 2.07.040, and enacted a new § 2.07.040 as set out herein. The former § 2.07.040 pertained to similar subject matter and derived from Ord. No. 667, 1989.
