§ 15.04.150. Dwelling—Area requirements.

  • A.

    No permit shall be granted to build a residence of less than six hundred square feet of living space. Multiple units may be erected or established provided the building sites are of the dimensions as follows:

    Unit Area Square Feet
    1 50′ × 140′ or 7,000
    2 75′ × 140′ or 10,500
    3 100′ × 140′ or 14,000
    4 125′ × 140′ or 17,500

     

    B.

    Any and all other size multiple units may be erected or established provided the same are so done in the same proportions as set forth for the sites as specified for the units listed above.

    C.

    No permit shall be granted to construct or erect more than one structure detached from a residence, and any said detached structure shall not exceed ten feet in wall height, nor shall any said detached structure have doors exceeding eight feet, nor shall said structure be more than one level, and nor shall said structure contain more square footage than the residence on the building site.
