§ 13.08.020. Special rates.

  • Special rates are as follows:

    A.

    The rates of customers outside the corporate city limits of the city shall be sixteen dollars and fifty cents for the first two thousand gallons per month and eight dollars and twenty-five cents for each one thousand gallons or part thereof supplied during the billing period in excess of two thousand gallons per month.

    B.

    The city fire district shall pay a fire hydrant rental of one thousand two hundred dollars annually to the city waterworks.

    C.

    The city reserves the right to make such reasonable changes in rates and in conditions established in this section and to establish further rules and regulations from time to time as may be found expeditious or necessary; provided, that no change shall ever be made to impair, impede or diminish the security and source of payment of any bonds of the city payable from the income and revenues of the waterworks system.
