§ 10.20.130. No-parking area establishment.

  • Special "no parking" spaces in front of shipping entrances and the entrances to churches, hotels, theaters, office buildings or other buildings where a large number of people are accustomed to gathering may be provided and established by compliance with the following condition: Any owner or occupant of such building adjacent to a street or alley desiring a certain "no parking" space immediately in front of the entrance to such building shall make application to the city council, setting forth all relevant information and stating the number of feet and the time desired for such purposes. The city council shall have authority to grant or refuse such application in its discretion, or to grant the same with such restrictions or limitations as it deems necessary.
