Chapter 9.44. DAMAGE AND VANDALISM TO PROPERTY AND PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY |
§ 9.44.050. Vandalism prohibited.
All acts of vandalism within the city are unlawful and prohibited. An act of vandalism shall be:
A.
The willful or malicious damaging, defacing, dislocating, or otherwise interfering with the normal use of another person's real or personal property, without the other person's consent; or
B.
The willful or malicious entry into, or the obtaining control over, any motor vehicle, bicycle, aircraft, or watercraft of another person, without the other person's consent.
