§ 9.68.010. Illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.

  • It is unlawful for any person under the age of twenty-one years to have any alcoholic beverage in his possession on any street or highway, or in any public place, or in any place open to the public. The consumption of alcoholic liquor by any person under the age of twenty-one years is unlawful, except for those situations exempted pursuant to the Illinois Liquor Control Act.
