Chapter 9.60. CURFEW |
§ 9.60.010. Regulations—Less than sixteen years of age.
It is unlawful for a person less than sixteen years of age to be present at or upon any public assembly, building, place, street or highway:
A.
Between eleven p.m. Friday and six a.m. Saturday;
B.
Between eleven p.m. Saturday and six a.m. Sunday; and
C.
Between ten p.m. on Sunday through Thursday, inclusive, and six a.m. on the following day.
