§ 5.40.050. Exception.

The prohibitions set forth in this chapter regarding posting on public property shall not apply in the case of rummage sale signs, provided that the same shall be not larger than eighteen inches by twenty-two inches, shall be posted for not to exceed three days, and shall be removed immediately upon completion of the sale by the person or persons holding such sale.
