§ 5.04.190. Closing hours.

  • A.

    No person or establishment licensed to sell alcoholic liquor under this chapter shall sell, offer for sale or serve any alcoholic liquors, nor shall such alcoholic liquors be consumed upon the place of business of the person or establishment licensed to sell alcoholic liquor under this chapter during the hours of two a.m. and six a.m. Monday through Sunday.

    B.

    During the hours listed in subsection A of this section, when the sale of alcoholic liquor is prohibited, no place of business selling alcoholic liquor under this chapter shall keep open such place of business for any purpose, and the premises shall be free of customers.
