§ 2.12.040. Vacancy—Notification of mayor.

Failure to attend three consecutive regular meetings without excuse of the chairman of the plan commission, or failure to attend six consecutive regular meetings for any reason shall constitute a resignation and a vacation of office by a member. The secretary of the plan commission shall notify the mayor in writing whenever such vacancy by absence occurs.
