§ 2.08.020. General duties.

The city collector shall perform those duties specified at Sections 3.1-35-120, 3.1-35-125, and 3.1-35-130 of the Illinois Municipal Code, and shall perform all other such duties pertaining to the office as are or may be imposed upon the city collector by law or resolution, or by ordinance of the city council.
