§ 2.06.020. Duties and responsibilities.

A.

The supervisor of public properties shall have charge of the construction and care of all public streets, alleys, and driveways in the city, of the public parks and recreational facilities of the city, as well as of all public buildings and lots, and shall perform such other duties as may from time to time be assigned by the mayor and city council.

B.

In such capacity, the supervisor of public properties shall be responsible to assure compliance with all applicable state and federal laws pertaining to his area of responsibility, and shall assist the mayor and city council in enforcing all ordinances and laws pertaining thereto.
