§ 2.04.010. Regular council meetings.

Regular meetings of the city council shall be held on the first and third Mondays of each month. At least five members of the board shall be in attendance in order to constitute a quorum for the conduct of business. The mayor shall count as one of the five, if in attendance. A smaller number may adjourn from time to time and may compel the attendance of absentees by withholding compensation for meetings if more than one excused meeting is missed per year.

Regular meetings shall be held at seven p.m., at the city hall or as may be designated in the notice calling the meeting.
