§ 15.12.020. Prohibited buildings and structures.

It is unlawful to construct, build, erect, locate, or relocate within the fire limits of the city any lumberyard or any buildings, business or enterprise used for the storage or sale of used or new cars or trucks, or for the storage or sale of explosives, blasting agents or flammable liquids, or any building or structure, except of stone, brick, concrete, or some other incombustible material, with fireproof roof.
