§ 15.05.010. Scope.

The scope of this chapter is to provide regulations in order to avoid the hazards to persons and damage to property resulting from flooding and comply with the rules and regulations of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) as promulgated by the United States Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in the rules and regulations of the Federal Register, as amended; which rules and regulations are adopted by reference and filed in the office of the city clerk.
