§ 13.30.040. Substantial danger-Powers of city attorney.

In circumstances of substantial danger to the waterworks, the city attorney, upon request of the city council, may institute a civil action for an immediate injunction to halt any release or other activity causing or contributing to the water pollution or to require such other action as may be necessary.
