§ 13.30.020. Acts prohibited.

No person shall: A. Cause or threaten the release of any contaminants into the waterworks so as to cause or tend to cause water pollution to the waterworks, either alone or in combination with matter from other sources;
B.

Increase the quantity or strength of any release of contaminants into the waterworks;

C.

Release any contaminants upon the land in such place and manner so as to create a water pollution hazard.
