§ 13.08.090. Removal of utility from jurisdiction of Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission.

Pursuant to the Indiana Code 8-1.5-3-9 and 8-1.5-3-9.1, the city of Georgetown hereby removes its water utility service from the jurisdiction of the state of Indiana, and the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission.
