§ 13.08.035. Appeal of water and sewer charges.

Requests for reductions of unusually high water bills which occurred due to circumstances beyond the control of the user may be reviewed, by appointment only, by a quorum of the water and sewer committee at a special meeting of said committee. Neither a request nor appointment for review of a bill as provided in this subsection shall postpone the due date for payment on said bill.
