§ 13.04.180. Violation—Penalty.

Latest version.

Any person who violates any of the rules and regulations provided for in Sections 13.04.030, 13.04.040, 13.04.060, 13.04.130 and 13.04.190 respecting the regulations for consumers of water and for plumbers, shall, upon conviction, in addition to the enforcement of the forfeiture and liabilities therein contained, be punished as provided in Section 1.16.010.

Ord. No. 861, § 58, adopted September 21, 2009, repealed the former § 13.04.180, and enacted a new § 13.04.180 as set out herein. The former § 13.04.180 pertained to similar subject matter and derived from Ord. No. 498, 1970.
