§ 10.20.250. West Mulberry Street—Prohibited where—Penalty.

A.

No person shall at any time park or leave standing any vehicle, whether attended or unattended, upon the north side of West Mulberry Street from the west side of North Main Street west to the intersection of Logan and West Mulberry Streets.

B.

Appropriate signs shall be erected on West Mulberry Street indicating the regulations set forth in subsection A of this section.

C.

Whenever any officer of the city finds a vehicle parked or standing upon West Mulberry Street in violation of the ordinance codified in this section, such officer may remove, or have removed, the vehicle to a garage or other place of safety, and the owner shall pay the expense of such removal.

D.

Penalty. The violation of any provision of this section shall be punished as provided in Section 1.16.010.
